3. International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, New Zealand, and the United States，Hong Kong SAR, Japan,Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and Macau SAR.

• Delivery time: 3–8 business days depending on customs and local postal services.

• Customs, duties, and taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly. For lost packages during transit, contact us at telecomgearhub@gmali.com and we will assist you.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes / military addresses / specific regions . If your location is not supported, we will notify you within 24–48 hours.

7. Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays.
